EXM hosts Private Equity Event

EXM is hosting its first networking event for private equity and portfolio management professionals

Mission (Im)Possible: Maximising Value Creation through Strategy Execution

Tuesday 13th November 2018, 6.30pm, Soho Hotel, London

The evening, set in the striking Soho Hotel, will focus on ways both General Partners and Limited Partners can effectively drive value-creation through strategy execution to deliver maximum return for their investors.  No longer relying on low cost acquisitions.

It will also look at the digital opportunities available for private equity.

EXM is delighted to partner with Professor Jeroen de Flander, who will present his keynote address ‘Agile Strategy Execution in a Disruptive World’.  Jeroen is one of the world’s most influential thinkers on strategy execution and a highly regarded keynote speaker. He has appeared on the same conference agenda with prominent thinkers like Michael Porter, Costas Markides, Roger Martin, Robert Kaplan & David Norton and helped more than 31,500 managers in 40+ countries master the necessary execution skills.

We will also hear from Warren Gee of Cairngorm Capital.  Warren is an Operating Partner with extensive technology, financial, operational and leadership experience, typically in environments requiring transformation, rapid growth and/or international expansion.

Following the discussions there will be an opportunity for networking with drinks and canapes.

Each attendee will receive a complimentary copy of 'The Execution Shortcut' which "gives a refreshing insight into how to make your strategy a success on the work floor".

The event is invitation only and places are limited. If you would like further information, please register your interest.
