Juan Manrique, CEO 


Juan worked for over 10 years at a senior executive level in the introduction of products and services within the IT and Telecoms industry. In 2005 he decided to develop a software solution to contribute to the resolution of the problems around the lack of quality in delivery of projects and eTask Technologies was born.

At the beginning of 2013 he significantly increased the commercial and technological reach of eTask Technologies by orchestrating the acquisition of Hydra Management, a historic name in portfolio and resource management in the UK market. The merger of the two companies created Hydra a leading organisation with unique technologies to help companies to optimally manage resources and deliver consistently successful projects.

Recognising a gap in the market for a solution designed to complement an organisations strategy execution, Juan developed EXM.  EXM is a cloud-based strategy execution solution (software+service) designed to support and control an organisations business strategy around 'value-drivers'. EXM strategy execution software helps CEOs and Portfolio Managers to maximise the chances of a successful return on investment from their business strategy.

During his career, Juan has developed extensive experience and knowledge in organisations across various sectors within the IT industry, such as ISPs (Internet Service Providers), telecom companies and hardware resellers, both in the UK and the rest of Europe.

Juan holds a title of Industrial Engineer of Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and a MBA from Richmond University in England.



Manfredi Bargioni, COO


Manfredi has extensive financial and business development experience gained during 15 years spent in a variety of senior roles at Citigroup and UBS.  Manfredi’s experience includes the implementation of the first pan-European mutual fund trading platform within Citibank and the development of UBS Wealth Management presence in Italy. 

He joined Hydra in 2009. Since then he has headed the business development and finance roles within the company, including overseeing the merger of Hydra Management with eTask Technologies in early 2013.  Manfredi has been instrumental in the development of EXM.

Manfredi is a graduate in Economics from Universita’ Bocconi in Milan, Italy and has a MBA from Richmond University in London, UK. He speaks English, Italian, Spanish and French and loves to spend his winter holidays skiing on the Alps.

Dermot Joyce, Chairman


Dermot is experienced in BPO, ITO and Managed Services sector for UK Civil & Local Government, UK Insurance Sector (both general insurance and Lloyd's of London), Security related Support Services and Health sector (Occupation Health, Pathology and Medical Forensics).

He has an impressive track record in managing business portfolios of 6,000+ FTE's with circa £500m revenues across varied lines of business. His specialties include Business Process Outsourcing, M&A, Business Turnaround and International business expansion.

During his 20 years’ experience living and working internationally in South America, mainland Europe, Asia and UK and 15 years in Director, Executive Director and CEO roles, he has completed 15+ acquisitions and post transaction integrations into the acquiring company.





Jeffrey Green, Sales Director 


The Sales Director to Private Equity and Hedge Funds, Jeffrey has held numerous executive sales positions with prominent software providers within the financial services sector including eFront UK.

He is Chairman and a non-executive director of  IT|venture and CEO of Balanced Boards and GPCF.

Jeffrey was nominated for the Lifetime Achiever Award for the Excellence in Diversity Awards 2016 in recognition of his work in championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace for over 25 years.
